WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We believe in designing and handcrafting the highest quality items and providing a quality service to match. If any full price item in your order doesn't suit you, we will happily accept your return in exchange for an online store credit within 14 days from the date of delivery provided the garment is unworn, in its original condition (free of odours, marks or signs of wear) and with original tags intact. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered will not be accepted. 

To arrange a return, please email customercare@freethelabel.com with your order number and the return reason and we will respond with further information regarding the returns process. Your return will be directed to either our Australian returns address or US returns address, provided upon request.

Please note, Free The Label is not responsible for return shipping costs. Should you wish to return, please select a trusted carrier with tracking as we are not liable for damaged, lost or stolen packages. 

All sale items marked as FINAL SALE are ineligible for return, exchange and store credit. 

HOLIDAY RETURNS: Orders placed between November 22, 2023 and December 24, 2023 qualify for our extended holiday returns policy. Returns on items purchased within this window will be accepted through January 7, 2024.

I BELIEVE MY ITEM MAY BE FAULTY - WHAT DO I DO?

We have a dedicated in-house quality control team that checks every order before packing. In the rare case we have missed something and you've received a faulty item, please contact us via customercare@freethelabel.com along with your order number and a photo of your item.
