WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We believe in designing and handcrafting the highest quality items and providing a quality service to match. We offer a 14 day grace period (from the date of receiving your order) to return an item in exchange for an online store credit.

All returns can be sent to our Australian returns address provided upon request. 

To arrange a return, please email customercare@freethelabel.com.

All sale items marked as FINAL SALE are ineligible for return, exchange and store credit. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer free exchanges (with the exception of the return postage on your first exchange to us). To arrange an exchange, please email customercare@freethelabel.com.

 

I BELIEVE MY ITEM MAY BE FAULTY - WHAT DO I DO?

We have a dedicated in-house quality control team that checks every order before packing. In the rare case we have missed something and you've received a faulty item, please contact us via customercare@freethelabel.com along with your order number and a photo of your item.
